Hello !

My name is Genie.  I have a passion for all Period Drama Films.  I started putting a few of my favorite films on my personal website, but soon realized I was going to run short of server space.  I decided to take the big plunge and rent a much much larger site.  Most sites run between 100 and 300 Megs, while this site is 400 Gigs of space.

I am dedicating this site to my passion and all like people.  I hope it becomes a gathering area for fans that understand "Period Drama Speak"  LOL!!    I want to incorporate as many Drama films as I can get to, starting with the most popular ones.  I hope to develop each drama area with as much information as possible.

I am hoping to get help along the way with a lot of user participation, including poems, some artwork, puzzles, forum moderators and information on resources and links.  There are many facets of the site which I will be glad to hear some input.

I am one person, and I will make mistakes but hopefully can correct them and learn as I go along.  I have been doing websites, even three commercials sites, since 1997 - but have been in online communications since before the internet became popular.  I started an online forum for local dial up as far back as 1991. 

At this point I am hoping to never have to accept advertising of any kind.  I will not ask for any donations.

As a final aside, I am recently retired, live alone, have done over 40 YouTube videos on Period Drama, and currently run 4 websites, but this one is my love.

I appreciate the fact that you have read this far down and I hope you will enjoy the site and contribute where you feel you can.  I'm looking for some great friendships to form here.
